Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof

To request any replacement or claim, customers must provide:

  • Continuous unboxing video proof (starting from the sealed package)

Requests made after the return period may not be accepted.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • The original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included

  • The product must not show signs of physical damage caused by the customer

NegiKart reserves the right to reject return requests if the product does not meet the above conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Products that have been used or installed

  • Products with missing accessories or packaging

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer


4. Return Process

To initiate a return request, customers should:

  2. Provide your Order ID, product details, and the reason for return.

  3. Our support team will review the request and guide you through the return process.


5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase


6. Replacement Option

If the product is defective or damaged, customers may also request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
